A Legacy of Safety Leadership​
Founded in December 1995 by a former Ministry of Labour Factory Inspector, the company began as a specialized consultancy serving Singapore’s high-risk and core industries from shipbuilding and construction to petrochemicals and manufacturing.​
​Evolving into Education
With over 30 years of field experience, we recognized that the most effective way to improve safety standards is through education.

In July 2023, we formally incorporated into Workforce Skills Development Pte Ltd, a premier institution dedicated exclusively to professional training and development.

A.S. Salahuddin
Former Ministry of Labour Factory Inspector (1983–1995) He was involved in 4 Commissions Of Inquiries (COIs), involving the investigations into 4 major shipyard accidents which occurred between 1992 and 1994, leading to prosecution. He is also an MOM-approved WSH auditor and risk consultant, bizSAFE and CultureSAFE consultant, and WSQ‑approved WSH trainer and TEWP facilitator since April 2023
Dr. Shamsir Bin Ali
A seasoned HSSE and Supply Chain Security Expert with over two decades of experience across the logistics, construction, and pharmaceutical sectors. A registered WSH Officer, ACTA-certified educator, and ISO auditor, he holds an Honorary Doctorate in Health Science and is a recognized speaker on risk management, business continuity, and safety compliance.
