Target Audience:
Designed for Internal Auditors, Environmental Officers, HSE Personnel, Supervisors, Managers, and Management Representatives involved in EMS implementation or assigned to conduct ISO 14001:2015 audits.

Course Objectives:
1. Understand the structure and requirements of ISO 14001:2015.
2. Interpret clause requirements in an audit context.
3. Apply ISO 19011 guidelines when conducting internal audits.
4. Plan, conduct, report, and follow up internal audits.
5. Identify conformity, nonconformity, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Evaluate the effectiveness of environmental management system implementation.

Training Methodology & Materials:
Includes interactive lectures, clause interpretation, group discussions, case studies, and audit simulations. Participants will receive a manual, audit checklist, case study documents, assessment papers, and a sample audit report. Training is conducted by qualified ISO 14001 Lead Auditors with practical EMS implementation experience.

Assessment & Certification:
1. Assessment Components: Written assessment and practical audit exercise.
2. Certification: Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a Certificate of Successful Completion.
