Target Audience & Objectives:
Designed for Internal Auditors, WSH Officers, Managers, and organisations certified to bizSAFE Level 4. Participants will understand ISO 45001 requirements, apply ISO 19011 auditing principles, and learn to plan, conduct, and report on OHSMS internal audits effectively.

Course Programme Summary:

DAY 1 - ISO 45001 & bizSAFE Level 4 Requirements
1. 09:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Intro to ISO 45001:2018, bizSAFE L4 alignment, Clauses 4–6, Hazard ID & Risk Assessment.
2. 12:30 PM - 01:30 PM: Lunch Break.
3. 01:30 PM - 05:00 PM: Clauses 7–10, Operational Controls, ISO 19011 Internal Audit Principles & Checklist Development.

DAY 2 - Internal Audit Practice & Assessment
1. 09:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Audit Planning & Scope, Document Review, Interviewing Skills & Collecting Objective Evidence.
2. 12:30 PM - 01:30 PM: Lunch Break.
3. 01:30 PM - 05:00 PM: Nonconformity Writing, Root Cause Analysis, Practical Audit Workshop (Case Study) & Course Assessment.

Assessment & Certification:
Includes a Knowledge Assessment (MCQ & short answers) and a Practical Audit Exercise. Participants receive a Certificate of Successful Completion (fulfills internal auditor competency requirements for bizSAFE Level 4).
